Before charging the battery, be sure the headphones are at room temperature, between 5° C (41° F) and 40° C (104° F).
Charging your headphones
Applies to:
Open the hinged door on the inside right side of the neckband
Plug the other end of the USB cable into a wall charger or computer that is powered on
- While charging, the battery icon blinks amber
- When the battery is fully charged, the battery icon glows solid green
- Allow up to two hours to fully charge the battery. A full charge powers the headphones for up to 10 hours
- The headphones do not play while charging
CAUTION: Use this product only with an agency-approved power supply that meets local regulatory requirements (for example: UL, CSA, VDE, CCC).
