Patrick Rondeau

Patrick Rondeau has served on the Bose Board of Directors since 2013. He has been self-employed as a legal professional since 2010, with Bose Corporation and its affiliated entities as his sole client.

Patrick’s favourite Bose product is the SoundLink Flex Bluetooth® speaker, which he and his wife use for great-sounding music on the go while they travel.

From 1984 to 2010, Patrick was a corporate lawyer with the firm of WilmerHale (formerly Hale and Dorr), where he served as a senior partner beginning in 1992 and as vice chair of the corporate department from 2003 to 2008. His practice concentrated on financing, M&A transactions and corporate governance issues.

Patrick received his law degree from Harvard Law School and he holds a bachelor of arts degree from Williams College.
