Enabling or disabling voice prompts

The audible voice prompts that your system announce (e.g. battery status and connection prompts) can be turned on or off, depending on your preference.

To enable or disable voice prompts:

  1. In the Bose app icon, tap the Settings icon icon in the upper-right corner.
    If a different product is shown, tap the My Bose icon icon in upper-left corner then select the desired product.
  2. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the Preferences section and select Voice Prompts.
  3. Here you can independently enable or disable voice prompts for battery level and/or connections and calls.

To enable or disable voice prompts:

  1. In the Bose app icon, tap the Settings icon icon in the upper-right corner.
    If a different product is shown, tap the My Bose icon icon in upper-left corner then select the desired product.
  2. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the Preferences section and select Voice Prompts.
  3. In the Voice Prompts screen, tap the toggle switch on the right to enable or disable prompts for device connections & incoming calls, and for the battery charge level on startup. Left is disabled. Right is enabled.
