Enabling or disabling voice prompts

The audible voice prompts that your system announce (e.g. battery status and connection prompts) can be turned on or off, depending on your preference.

To enable or disable the voice prompt using the Bose app:

  1. Open the Bose app icon and select your product
  2. Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner to view your product settings
  3. Under VOICE PROMPTS, toggle the on/off switch next to Enable Prompts
  4. You will hear a voice confirmation on your product for the selected option ("Voice prompts off", "Voice prompts on")
