Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
Soundwear Companion serial number location:
The serial number is found on the underside of the speaker near the USB port and below a QR code. It begins with the number 0. If the cover is installed, unzip it to view the serial number.
The serial number can also be found in the Bose Connect App. Go to Settings > Product Info and view the serial number.
