Connecting to power

Find out how to safely connect your product to a power source.

Attach the power cord.

The power cord is detachable. To attach the power cord, follow these steps:
  1. Unfold the prongs from the power pack body
  2. Plug the DC power cord on the power supply into the DC connector on the SoundLink speaker
  3. Connect the power supply to a working outlet
“bee-boop” (“up”) tones are emitted from the left speaker to confirm connection to AC power, and charging begins.
