Entering or exiting battery protection mode
Your product is equppied with battery protection mode which preserves battery power when the system is unplugged and unused for a certain amount of time. We'll show you how it works and how to take it out of battery protection mode.
To wake Sleepbuds that are in battery protection mode:
If your Sleepbuds are left in the charging case when the case battery is completely depleted, the Sleepbuds go into a protection mode to preserve the batteries. To exit this mode:
- Connect the charging case to power
- Remove and reconnect your Sleepbuds in the case, then close the case
- Open the case, wait for the Sleepbuds charging lights to slowly blink white, then close the case
- Open the case, wait again for the Sleepbuds charging lights to slowly blink white, then remove them from the case.
