Buttons on product do not work or work intermittently

If you push the buttons on your product but they do not respond or do not control you product as expected, try the following:

Reset your product.

Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.

The volume buttons on the system are touch sensitive.

The volume buttons on the side of the system are touch sensitive and need only to be pressed lightly. When either button is pressed, a small white LED in either the AUX or Wireless indicator will flash. The LED will continue to flash when the volume +/- buttons on system or remote are held. Once the system reaches maximum or minimum volume the LED will start to flash faster.
