Battery LED status indicator is flashing red and white

The battery LED flashing red and white is indicating an internal fault. Try the following:

Try charging your product for a few minutes.

If the battery level is very low, your product might go into a battery protection state. If this happens, voice prompts might not sound and alert you of the low battery status. Try charging your product for a few minutes, then try again.

Update the firmware of your product

Updating the firmware of your headphones will allow the red and white fault to be cleared, and your headphones may operate normally after the update. Check for and install any available product updates.
