Resetting your product
A reset can reboot your product or it can clear locally-stored product settings, such as paired device lists. Find out which option is available to reset your product.
Reset your SoundDock system by following these steps:
- Remove the iPod from the dock
- Unplug the SoundDock power cord from the power outlet. Wait 30 seconds
- Reconnect the power cord
- Retest the system
