Resetting your product
A reset can reboot your product or it can clear locally-stored product settings, such as paired device lists. Find out which option is available to reset your product.
Reset your SoundLink speaker.
Product settings are not lost during this reset.
- Press and hold the Mute
button for 10 seconds until the lights on the speaker briefly blink.
- Press the Power
button to turn the system back on, then resume normal use.
