Wearing and adjusting your earbuds
Proper fit is important for product comfort and performance. Get tips on how to properly fit and adjust your earbuds.
To put on the earbuds:
- Hold the barrel-shaped part of the earbuds so the button is on top and the R (right) or L (left) marking is facing you.
- Place the rounded end of the L-shaped part in your ear, then wrap the barrel around your ear so the barrel rests behind your ear.
- Adjust each earbud so that it sits on your ear at about a 45° angle.
If it doesn't feel comfortable or secure, slide the earbuds up or down slightly to find the best position for you.
Avoid the following examples of improper fit:
The barrel of the earbud should not be in front of your ear and the button must not face downward.
Also, the earbud should not be facing downwards or upwards as shown in the last two examples above.
