Cannot connect with Bluetooth using the Bose App
If you are unable to make a Bluetooth connection using the Bose App, please try the following:
Be sure you are using the Bose app.
There are other Bose apps (e.g. SoundTouch app, Connect app) designed for older products products. Your product works with the Bose app . For more info, see Downloading the Bose app.
Select the type of device you are trying to connect:
Smartphone or tablet
Computer
TV
