Short battery life
If the battery charge level drains at a faster rate than expected, try the following:
Here is some info about battery life with your Sleepbuds II:
- On a full charge, your Sleepbuds II should get you through a typical night of sleep (about 8 to 10 hours)
- The battery levels shown in the app might be slightly different for the left and right Sleepbuds
- When you're finished using your Sleepbuds, put them back in the case to charge so they're ready when you need them next
If your Sleepbuds or case have not been charged for a few days, connect the charger.
After several days, the charging case battery will drain since it is always keeping your Sleepbuds charged. When it fully drains, your Sleepbuds won't charge and might not power on until you connect the case to a charger.
If you typically keep the case in the same area, keep it connected to a charger so it is fully charged when you need to take your Sleepbuds somewhere.

Charge your Sleepbuds for up to 6 hours until the long light bars in the charging case glow solid.
Not matter the current charge level, your Sleepbuds can take up to 6 hours to complete a charge cycle and calibrate the remaining battery level. If you have trouble charging your Sleepbuds, place them both in the charging case and do not remove them until the long light bars on the left and right of the case glow solid when the case is opened.
