Muting a call using headphone controls
You can mute the microphone using the headphones themselves instead of relying on your phone.
To mute or unmute a phone call:
On the lower-rear portion of the right earcup, press the Voice Assistant button to mute or unmute the microphone in the headset. If enabled, a voice prompt will state the selected mode.
While muted, sound from the microphone can still be heard in the headphones but it will not be heard on other end of the phone call.
